Ottawa FC Canadian Soccer League Reserve Division
We are pleased to announce that S.P.A has been selected to represent OTTAWA in the
Canadian Soccer League Reserve Division is currently the highest level of soccer in Ontario. Players in this league will be able to accelerate thier development at the elite
and provide potential opportunities fot talanted players to move into professional
league . S.P.A will compete in CSL under OTTAWA FC, in 2010 season Ottawa FC will played 22 games
plus the plyoff

Human Performance. The PEAK Centre is Canada’s leading private sport science
center. Through our main Centre in Ottawa and our network of franchises and satellite centers across Canada we offer a full range of performance enhancement services including; sport specific fitness testing, physiological monitoring, team training, training plan design and coaching, nutritional analysis and diet design, biomechanical analysis,
and optimization and sport psychology services. The Peak Centre’s highly qualified staff has a wealth of analysis, The Peak
Centre’s highly qualified staff has a wealth of experience working with some of the countries top athletes. Current staff has worked
with 30 Olympic and Paralympic medal winners, 20 National and Olympic teams, 10 University programs, and 8 professional
teams.The Peak Centre is excited about the opportunity to work with the SPA soccer academy and its players.We will be
providing sport specific training and conditioning that will be sure to enhance on-field performance through strength, aerobic, and
power improvements. The focus for younger groups will be based around implementing proper training techniques, improving
athleticism, and developing speed, agility, and quickness.At older age levels, we will ensure players are training with intensity,
purpose, and structure.
